From the initial meeting with prospective tenants and throughout their tenancies, the safety, security and comfort of our tenants is vitally important to us. We carry out regular inspections and ensure that any requests for maintenance are dealt with promptly and with minimal fuss. With our own tradesmen and suppliers we can usually cover any requirement or emergency.
As a member of the National Landlords' Association and after working very closely with the local council, we were the first landlords in Newcastle to be personally licensed and also the first landlords in Newcastle to have their full portfolios licensed under the new housing act.
We can offer you total peace of mind because our business is conducted in accordance with high professional standards complying with the latest legislation and industry developments. Since we started in this business we have always maintained and renovated our properties to at least the standards which were in force at the time, however in most cases our standards exceed those set by the Government. A prime example of this is that we have always fitted CO detectors yet there is still no legislation for them.
